Returns Policy

Any items that have been personalized cannot be refunded unless there is a quality concern.
Please contact us with 72hrs if there is any problem with your order.
Please don’t return any items without contacting us first.
You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@etchme.com.au.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Customised products (such as special orders or personalized items) and not be returned due the permanent nature of the laser engraving process. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@etchme.com.au.

 

Etch Me Australia PTY. LTD. YETI Product Limited Warranty.

Any custom YETI product supplied by Etch Me is not warranted by YETI AU.

Etch Me Australia PTY. LTD. will cover any defective YETI product customised by us for a period of 5 years, subject to the following conditions.

Any product(s) damaged in shipping (when ordered Etch Me PTY. LTD.) or defective product(s) must be returned directly to Etch Me PTY. LTD.in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid.

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
If you have a problem with your custom product, please submit a warranty claim by sending an email to our customer service team at sales@etchme.com.au.
Please describe and or attach photographs or video of your problem.
 

LIMITED WARRANTY

We take pride in the service we provide and warrant to the person who originally purchased the customised product (“you”) that all YETI products supplied by Etch Me PTY. LTD. will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for period of 5 years, subject to the below conditions.
In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from Etch Me.;
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • The faulty item must be returned – Freight Prepaid
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions


If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by any additional third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts.
Punctures, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use are not warranted. Any limited edition product still under warranty will be replaced at the discretion of Etch Me Australia PTY. LTD. with the same size product in a different colour based on availability.
Stainless Steel products are rust and stain resistant, but as this is still a porous material, rust and stains can occur. This is not considered a fault with the product and is not covered under warranty.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This warranty does not include any manufacturer or Etch Me Australia PTY. LTD. responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of YETI items. If warranty applies, Etch Me Australia PTY. LTD. will repair or replace, at our discretion, the item or any part or component that is deemed defective.
Damaged products must be returned directly to Etch Me Australia PTY. LTD., in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid.
