Shipping & Returns

FREE SHIPPING on all custom laser engraved yeti tumblers, bottles, mugs, bowls and etch me branded tumblers Australia wide. This excludes all cooler bags.

We use the Australia Post network that covers all of Australia (including PO Boxes).

We endeavour to ship all items within 3 days of ordering (5-7 for large orders).

Express postage is available at the checkout; please note that this does not speed up the time to produce the personalized items.

Postage shipping times are outside of our control, but we endeavour to process your order as quickly as we can, so you can enjoy your personalised item.

 

Returns Policy

Any items that have been personalized cannot be refunded unless there is a quality concern.

Please contact us with 72hrs if there is any problem with your order.

Please don’t return any items without contacting us first.

You can always contact us for any return question at sales@etchme.com.au.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Customised products (such as special orders or personalized items) and not be returned due the permanent nature of the laser engraving process. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
